As a buyer, you may be looking to get a "jump" on the market and find homes as they become available.  I am able to provide you with listings as soon as they are available, which may be up to  two days faster than realtor.ca(formerly MLS.ca)!   I take the time to understand what it is exactly that you are looking for, and to provide you with listings that match your criteria.

I am able to provide you with an estimated total of all costs you may incur in the the process of buying property, as well as the names of other service providers who you may need in the process, such as lawyers or home inspectors. 

If you are buying property the first time, or thinking about it, you may need help in figuring out if you qualify for a mortgage, how much you qualify for, what your monthly payments will be, and how much cash you will need as a downpayment and for closing costs.  You may find this information out from a bank, or from a mortgage broker.  It does not cost you anything to use a mortgage broker, who may be able to get you a better rate than a bank.  Please feel free to contact me if you would like the name of a mortgage broker.
